The Government has approved heads for the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) (Amendment) Bill 2012. The Bill will refine the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Act 2010 in light of the experience of its operation over the past two years.
