Please note that these draft notes have been produced by industry representatives and are currently under review. The draft notes do not yet incorporate the views of the Central Bank or other State competent authorities. Credit and financial institutions must refer to the provisions of the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Act 2010 to ascertain their statutory obligations.
